ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS Project: (RFP2026-12) On-Call Tree Trimming & Removal Services Owner: Barrow County Board of Commissioners Sealed proposals will be received by the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, Winder, Georgia, for On-Call Tree Trimming & Removal Services. Proposals will be received in the office of the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, County Clerk¿s Office, at 30 North Broad Street, Winder, Georgia 30680, until 2:00 p.m. (local time), Thursday, March 26, 2026. Any proposals received after said time and date will not be considered by Owner. Proposals will be opened in the Historic Courthouse Commission Meeting Room, Second Floor, at the above address at 2:00 p.m. (local time), Thursday, March 26, 2026. All proposals will be evaluated, and project will be awarded, if it is awarded, within 60 days of the proposal opening. The sealed envelopes containing the proposals must be plainly marked with ¿RFP2026-12 On-Call Tree Trimming & Removal Services.¿ If a proposal is forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the proposal must be enclosed in another envelope to the attention of the Owner at the address previously given and also plainly marked as shown above with the applicable RFP number and description. Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals, to evaluate proposals, and to accept any proposals which, in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the Owner.
