Description | The Lumpkin County Water & Sewerage Authority (LCWSA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services through a qualifications-based selection (QBS) process for two priority infrastructure projects and annual on-call engineering services. The procurement includes services associated with: Project No. 20262 - Sewer Line Expansion Project (ARC): Preparation of a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER), alternatives analysis, planning, permitting, engineering design, and construction phase services for extension of sanitary sewer infrastructure into the Lumpkin County Industrial Park to support industrial and commercial development.
