Kindly return your completed Budget Proposal (Annex I) and Delivery Details (Annex II) to the ILO together with the requested documents duly signed by an authorized legal representative of your company.The conditions set out in the ILO Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Goods, as well as any other conditions contained in or enclosed with this letter, will form part of any contract concluded with the successful bidder. If your offer is accepted, you will receive a formal contract for signing.Please ensure your offer complies strictly with the procedures described below.For it to be eligible for consideration, the ILO must receive the offer, signedby the legal representative and stamped with the official seal of the company, on or before 19/12/2025 18:00 PMat the following email address: kyiv-procurement@ilo.org . The package must include Budget Proposal as per Annex I (budget proposal); Annex II (delivery details); catalogues or website reference of goods proposed; registration documents (certificate of registration, no bankruptcy statement). All the documents to be sent in English. The contract will be signed in English, please find attached a sample contract in English for your reference (ILO _ PO_ Goods).Offers received after the deadline will not be considered. The ILO reserves the right to extend the deadline for submission of offers.
