Description | The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT), invites qualified architectural consultancy firms to submit proposals for a Framework Agreement for Architecture Services Consultant. The framework will support DCT’s capital and non‑capital projects through the provision of architectural design, master planning support, rendering and presentation services, technical reviews, and site supervision/consultant‑of‑record services, as defined through individual Task Orders issued from time to time. The agreement will be established for a period of four (4) years, extendable by one additional year subject to mutual agreement. Task Orders will set out the specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements for each assignment. Consultants are expected to demonstrate strong technical capability, local regulatory knowledge, and the flexibility to support multiple projects concurrently in line with DCT standards and applicable regulations |
