Description | The Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) intends to appoint an experienced Contractor to perform the construction of Delma Beach Development – Delma Island, Western Region." along with road reinstatement, proposed storm water drainage network, landscape, irrigation, utility relocation, and necessary street lighting work. The project is located in Delma Island – Zone Delma, sector (Heritage Area) The scope of work also includes the implementation of landscape proposals for the beach, as well as the installation of an irrigation network to support these areas, along with necessary modifications to existing pathways, all related works including protection and relocation of existing utilities, NOCs, needed agencies and authorities’ approvals, as well as Constructability and associated works to complete the work and the handing over. |
