To construct a 6 , 503 SQFT and remodel 2 , 802 SQFT of CST Ready Building , that supports individual and collective training , administrative , automation and communications , and logistical requirements for MTARNG ’ s Civil Support Team . This facility will be built on the Federal Military Installation known as Fort William Henry Harrison in Helena , MT . ( Current Mission ). The facility will meet industry standards as well as all local , State , and Federal building codes . Construction will include all utility services , information systems , fire detection and alarm systems , aprons , walks , curbs , gutters , storm drainage , and site improvements . Facilities will be designed to a minimum life of 50 years in accordance with DoD ' s Unified Facilities Code ( UFC 1 - 200 - 02 ) including energy efficiencies , building envelope and integrated building systems performance as per ASA ( IE & E ) Sustainable Design and Development Policy updated 2017 . Antiterrorism measures in accordance with the DoD Minimum Antiterrorism for building standards will be provided . The design of the facilities will follow the principles of LEED with a Silver rating requirement
