In accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) streamlining principles, the Hawaii Army National Guard is soliciting quotes for the following commercial services: Conduct anchor load inspection and certification with cleaning and patching rusted holes and welding metal parts on ladders. Rubble pile sites will be inspected prior to any welding to prevent fire and injuries during work. Perform a load test of all (18) total anchor points and D-rings. 1. Anchor Load Recertification Base + Four Option Years Please review the Performance Work Statement attached for full details on the performance requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the solicitation is 541990 – All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services with a small business size standard of $19,500,000.00. Place of Performance: 91-1179 Enterprise Ave, Kapolei, HI 96707-2150. Period of Performance: Tentativel scheduled to start no later than 30 Septemeber 2026 - 29 September 2031.
