Description | The Guadalupe - Blanco River Authority ( GBRA ) is pursuing Professional Engineering Services and accepting Statements of Qualifications ( SOQ ) from multi - disciplined consulting engineering firms with a strong record in ( 1 ) water and wastewater treatment facilities ( 2 ) transmission and conveyance ( 3 ) dams , reservoirs and hydroelectric generation facilities ( 4 ) structural and geotechnical engineering ( 5 ) surveying services and / or ( 6 ) water resource planning and permitting . The selected firm ( s ) will enter into an on - call services contract for a two - year period with a GBRA option to renew for an additional two - year period to assist GBRA with engineering services for unspecified projects as requested by GBRA .
