In accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) streamlining principles, the Hawaii Army National Guard is soliciting quotes for the following commercial products: Item 1: Field Desk, Tactical, Single, Secure KVM, 4-port or commercial equivalent. Quantity: 8 Note: Commercial "or equal" items are fully acceptable as long as they meet the technical requirements detailed in the attached specifications. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the solicitation is 334118 – Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. Delivery Address: 91-1179 Enterprise Ave, Bldg 117, Kapolei, HI 96707-2150. Shipping terms: FOB Destination. Shipping fees must be consolidated into the product pricing (Firm-Fixed-Price), not billed as a separate line item. Solicitations shall not exceed 5 pages,and provide the following: One (1) signed copy of the Solicitation(SF1449) Acknowledgement of Questions and Answers. Vendor details: Name, POC, CAGE, UEI, Contact Phone, E-mail, and any applicable discount terms. Item specification sheets demonstrating how your product meets or exceeds the requirements. Additionally, in order to be eligible for award, all respondents shall complete all Representations and Certifications found within their profile in the System of Award Management (SAM) athttps://www.sam.gov. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract WITHOUT discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror's initial offer should contain the offeror's best terms.
