TERMS OF REFERENCE (TOR) FOR UNFPA OFFICE PARTITIONING WORKS, 11THFLOOR.1. IntroductionThese Terms of Reference (ToR) outline the requirements for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of office partitioning works as per the attached BOQ, including the provision and installation ofwindow curtain blindsandMechanical and Electrical Installation services. The objective is to create functional, modern, and aesthetically pleasing office spaces that meet operational and safety standards.2. Scope of Works2.1 Glass Partitioning WorksThe contractor shall supply and install 12mm clear toughened/tempered frameless glass partitions in accordance with approved architectural drawings.
