Description

Description

Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) is planning to undertake a maintenance project at Port Union Waterfront Park in Scarborough, City of Toronto at 105 Bridgend Street. The work will involve the repair of existing shoreline erosion control structures along the Lake Ontario shoreline by renourishing the beaches with new cobble material. TRCA requires Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) inspections to document the condition of three gravity fed sewer lines. This will require a preliminary inspection for the purposes of developing a risk mitigation plan, a pre-construction inspection to document conditions immediately prior to moving heavy equipment on site, and a post-construction inspection to verify that the work had no impact on the City of Toronto-owned infrastructure. The risk mitigation plan will be carried out by TRCA’s design consulting firm and is not part of the scope of work of this RFQ.
