VTA’s intended PDB approach will use a 2-stage delivery process described in more detail in this RFQ.VTA will review and score the SOQs to determine which Respondents are best suited and qualified to successfully execute the design and construction of the Project. A Short-List of three (3) (or up to four (4)) of the highest-ranked Respondents will be created, each of which will be invited to submit proposals in response to VTA’s forthcoming Request for Proposals (RFP). Respondents that are not included on the Short-List will not be allowed to submit proposals. |
