Description | The Project generally consists of the construction of a new retaining wall system to support existing and proposed grades along Richwood Avenue sidewalk within the project limits . The work includes excavation and dismantling of the existing tieback walls , installation of precast retaining wall units , wall drainage systems , and backfill operations . The retaining wall is intended to provide long ‑ term stabilization of adjacent slopes and improve site access and safety . Associated work includes grading , erosion and sediment control measures , coordination with existing utilities and precast wall manufactures , and site restoration upon completion of construction |
