To be able to use this program the eligible individuals go into WSU ’ s portal and register for use of the program . Once registration has completed WSU Facilities Management Services Department will send the ride share vendor the individual ’ s information and the ride share vendor will send the WSU ride share app to this individual . Once the person has this cell phone app , it can only be used when the person is at one the three stated locations and can only travel to one of the other two locations . No Exceptions . When WSU riders are in a Ride Share vehicle , it must have automobile liability insurance for claims arising from the ownership , maintenance , or use of a motor vehicle . The insurance shall cover all owned , non - owned , and hired automobiles used in connection with the Work . No Exceptions . The ride that the person schedules will only be for the base ride share vehicle offer . No Exceptions . When a ride is completed , the ride share vendor bills the riders credit card for a percentage of the ride and the remaining percentage will be billed at the end of the month to WSU for payment . Any tip would be paid by the rider on their credit card . Bidder must accept the existing WSU ride share system in total if bidding . No Exceptions
