Description
Description | The City of Rincon , GA ( City ) is requesting proposals from a Construction Manager at Risk ( CMAR ). The purpose of the project is to use funds granted by the state to make immediate improvements to the existing Rincon Water Reclamation Facility ( WRF ) to increase initial capacity and prepare for a future expansion . Due to the speed of the project , the City desires to implement the CMAR delivery method . Limited preconstruction services will be required . The City intends to enter into an agreement with the selected CMAR for preconstruction services and then immediately enter into a construction contract for a mutually agreed upon Guaranteed Maximum Price ( GMP ). This is not limited to a single GMP or scope of work . The Owner may elect to add additional scope of work as the project progresses at its sole discretion . |
