Description | NJCPR encourages the concessionaire to be creative in establishing a distinctive concession business that expands beyond the typical park concession operation and creates a unique operation generating a customer base that makes NJCPR ’ s facilities one of their favorite places to visit . The selected concessionaire has the right to bring in outside food and drink vendors such as food trucks for special events and activities ; however , the agreed upon Concession Lease Fee structure still applies along with 10 % of gross food truck sales due to NJCPR . Outside vendors are also allowed for private special events if the Concessionaire is unavailable to provide food services . |
