Description | The City of Rio Rancho , NM ( City ) is soliciting formal bids to establish a contract for new construction on a previously undeveloped site . Building size of approximately 15 , 400SF , including an 8 , 400 living quarters and a 7 , 000SF apparatus bay . Living quarters will be insulated concrete form ( ICF ) wall construction , apparatus bay will be concrete modular units ( CMU ), both utilizing steel roof structure and slab on grade floor / footing construction . Building includes 10 bunk rooms , two Officer suites , four apparatus bays and a limited public access community room . Scope of work is to include both all onsite improvements and utilities and offsite roadway and storm water infrastructure . |
