Description
Description | The State of Queensland, through the Department of Youth Justice and Victim Support, is inviting quotes for the delivery of the Risk-Response Bail Program (R-RBP). The R-RBP is a statewide, community-based initiative designed to support young people, generally aged 10–17, who are on bail and at risk of breaching their bail conditions or posing a risk to the community. The primary objective of the R-RBP is to reduce youth offending while on bail by addressing risk factors that may lead to new offences or breaches of bail conditions during the period of program support. The program must be accessible to any young person in Queensland who has been granted court-ordered bail. It will be delivered across thirteen locations covering Geographic Catchment Area - Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Cairns, Townsville, Mount Isa, Gold Coast, Logan, Cherbourg, Ipswich, Toowoomba, Rockhampton, Hervey Bay, and Sunshine Coast. |
