Description | The City of Hot Springs , Arkansas , is accepting bids to purchase a RIT - PAK III mask on behalf of the Fire Department . The following specifications describe the minimum requirements . One ( 1 ) Scott RIT - PAK III , 4 . 5 - cylinder , Large AV3000 Mask , Model # B005047164 or approved equivalent . SCBA bottle does NOT need to be included . The equipment shall be a new current design production model and available to the commercial market . The bid shall include one ( 1 ) copy of the manufacturer ' s published specification and warranty . The City reserves the right to review the manufacturer ' s specifications and choose the unit deemed to be in the City ' s best interest . The equipment shall comply with all state and federal safety requirements . Any deviations to these specifications shall be explained . |
