Description | The work includes the heavy power washing and complete three stage epoxy recoating of the interior of the station , all metallic surfaces , primarily aluminum – will be cleaned , some areas of spalling concrete will be repaired , access ladder to be removed , cleaned and reinstalled with new stainless steel bolts and fasteners , removal of existing access hatch and replacement of air tight access hatch , removal and disposal of the interior fan and humidifier , installation of a new fan ( mounted on the exterior ) with a new electrical connection to the existing interior lighting and the new fan and air piping located at the Stony Brook Regional Sewerage Authority ’ s River Road Meter Station 6 , located on Alexander Road , Princeton , NJ 08540 . Across the street from 426 Basin Street , Princeton . |
