Description | The Township is requesting quotations of an hourly flat rate for all labour, materials, vehicles (Tri-axle dump trucks and Tandem dump trucks), equipment (Gradall / Excavator), and costs involved in providing roadside ditching services at various locations within the Township of Mulmur.The Contract shall be for an initial term of one (1) year from the date of execution. Bidders are requested to submit pricing for the initial term as well as two (2) optional one-year extension terms. The Township reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exercise either or both extension terms, subject to satisfactory contractor performance and available funding.Bidders who are interested in these additional contract terms must fill out the optional bid pricing tables for the corresponding additional years at time of bidding. |
