Description | Design / Documentation 1 . Complete electrical engineering services as necessary to produce biddable documents and support the permitting process . 2 . Early design package for pre - purchase of long lead equipment . 3 . Biweekly check in meetings with Rowan through design development and construction documentation . 4 . Submission to DCA and complete administration of DCA plan review process . ( Fees to be paid by Rowan ) 5 . Architectural design for cutting and patching and other architectural modifications as needed to support scope of electrical work . 6 . Participation in contractor bid review and descope meetings . ( assume 3 meetings ) C . Construction administration 1 . Monthly site visits and field reports through construction phase . ( assume 6 months duration / 6 field reports ) 2 . Submittal reviews for all materials and equipment . 3 . RFI administration . 4 . Production of as - built record documentation in CAD and PDF . |
