Note: PoP will be six (6) months after Notice to Proceed. This will be reflected on the resultant contract award. The 1449 WILL NOT be updated as the PoP already reflects a six (6) month period. Amendment 1 has been issued to update offers due date reflected on the 1449 to match that of this announcement and period of performance. The USDA Forest Service, Tonto National Forest, intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial services to perform cultural resource survey services in support of Section 106 compliance requirements. Scope of Work The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to perform professional archaeological and cultural resource services, including but not limited to: Intensive pedestrian archaeological survey Cultural resource identification and site recording GIS data collection and spatial documentation National Register eligibility evaluations Technical reporting and documentation compliant with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act Preparation of final reports and site forms consistent with Forest Service standards Work will be performed within the boundaries of the Tonto National Forest, Arizona. Set-Aside This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offerors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission.
