Description | 1 . Roof replacement Bldg . 100 (+/- 38 , 000 sq ft ): Two roofs in place . Remove two roof assemblies down to original zonolite lightweight insulating vermiculite fill over metal formdeck . Install new temporary roof , lightweight insulating cellular concrete ( LWIC ) fill with insulporm rigid insulation board and fleece - back single ply membrane adhered to LWIC . 2 . Roof recover Bldgs . 200 , 201 , 202 , 300 & 400 Gym (+/- 16 , 100 sq ft ): One single ply roof assembly in place . Existing roof to remain . Install new single ply assembly consisting of rigid insulation board , cover board and single ply membrane ( adhered ). Coverboard mechanically attached to existing structural metal deck . 3 . Install overflow roof drains and storm drain piping at Bldg . 100 |
