Civic Center : Section TPO Roof ( Section A ) • Roof system including wall , curb and penetration flashing o Install Flute fill at metal roof panels o Thru fasten ½ ” ISOGard high density cover board  Fasten with HD Plus oversized thread fasteners  Fastened to Class 1A - 90 compliance o Elevate XR 135 80mil fleece back TPO adhered with low rise foam  Adhered to Class 1A - 90 compliance  Fully adhered as manufacturer requires 4 ” ribbon spacing • Provide owner with Contractor ’ s 2 - year Workmanship Warranty • Provide owner with Manufacturer ’ s 20 - year Total System Warranty Section Modified Roof ( Section B ) • Roof system including wall , curb and penetration flashing o Tear off existing mod bit roof to gyp deck o Install nail base sheet with twin lock fasteners  Fasten to Class 1A - 90 compliance ( 100 fasteners / square ) o Install 2 layers of 2 . 5 ” ISO insulation in hot asphalt  No ISO at concrete canopies ( 6 canopies ) o Install ½ ” dens deck prime cover board in hot asphalt  No cover board at concrete canopies ( 6 canopies ) o Install SBS base sheet at roof and flashings in hot asphalt  ASTM D 6163 , Type I , Grade S o Install SBS cap sheet at roof in hot asphalt  ASTM D 6163 , Type I , Grade G o Install SBS cap sheet at flashings in hot asphalt  ASTM D 6221 , Type I o Raise Curbs as required to keep proper flashing heights • Provide owner with Contractor ’ s 2 - year Workmanship Warranty • Provide owner with Manufacturer ’ s 20 - year Total System Warranty
