Description | The Roofing Contractor shall supply all labor , material , services , and equipment necessary to complete roof replacement on Grosse Ile Middle School located at 23270 E River Rd ., Grosse Ile , MI . Roof replacement to consist of complete removal of ALL existing roof systems , including underlayment , drip edge , loose ice and water shield , any low sloped roofing and sheet metal flashings such as drip edge / fascia , counter and step flashings . Replacement will be completed with new asphalt - based dimensional shingles and all associated sheet metal flashings . The Roofing Contractor shall accomplish all work in strict compliance with the roofing material manufacturer ’ s published specifications submitted to and approved by the Owner and shall follow the best trade practices to achieve a complete water - tight roofing and flashing installation . |
