Installation / replacement of soffit vents . c . Replacement of existing gutters with commercial gutters / downspouts . d . Installation / replacement of chimney flashing . e . Installation / replacement of roof underlayment . Ice & water shield shall be installed on the side with the more shallow pitch . f . Replace any failing or potentially failing fascia boards . g . Replace any failing or potentially failing sheathing . ALTERNATE BIDS : h . Installation of a rolled roof . i . Installation of a shingled roof . j . Installation of a metal roof . k .
