Description | • Remove existing EPDM roof and insulation down to the original gravel built up roof and remove flashings and metal trim . • Installation of a 20 Year - 060 mil White TPO membrane roof . • Install 1 . 5 " ISO insulation cover board and then mechanically attach a 060 - mil white TPO membrane roof system . • Wall flashings are to go up and over the parapet walls and terminate with a standard metal gravel stop detail . • All sheet metal flashing and trim shall be shop fabricated from 24 Ga Kynar coated flat sheets . • Install new gravel stop , drip edge , gutter , downspout , counter flashing , penetration boots , and splice plates . • Provide a 20 - year NDL warranty . • Contractor to provide construction details and materials for approval . All installation must adhere to product manufacturer specifications and requirements . • All old roofing material and related construction debris shall be legally and properly disposed of off - site . • All work must be completed in a professional workmanship manner . • Work areas must be kept neat and provide for safety of county workers and visitors . • Bid bond will be required . |
