Description | ● Removal and disposal of old RTU ● A newly furnished and installed RTU ● Any necessary roof and asphalt protection for the crane lift and new RTU installation ● The reuse or plans to replace the existing support steel for new RTU and ductwork ● Any necessary mechanical or structural engineering for the new RTU ● Testing , commissioning and balancing ● All controls work to be included ● All electrical work to be included ● Any and all duct and gas hook ups , tie ins , and modifications to existing infrastructure to accept the new RTU ● Repairs of any roof damage or modifications made to be performed by certified installers ● Duct insulation ● All necessary permits and inspections ● Professional startup and training ● Any necessary modifications to make the new RTU fully code compliant |
