The project includes the demolition of two pavilions , playground , sand volleyball court and associated infrastructure . Proposed improvements include a new pavilion , playground , plazas & hardscape , stormwater quality measures , ADA parking improvements , and associated infrastructure . Proposed alternates include a sand volleyball court , second pavilion , replacement of steps , seat walls , site furnishings , and water fountain .
