Description | The City of Burlington has entered into an agreement with the Vermont Agency of Transportation to develop a project to construct pedestrian and stormwater improvements at the intersection of Cedar St and Rose St in Burlington , as outlined below : One permanent curb extension to replace existing quick - build – Conceptual layout has been developed by the City but further design is required . One curb extension with rain garden to replace existing quick - build - Conceptual layout has been developed by the City along with the City ’ s Standard Details but further design is required . One subsurface infiltration system – 100 % design has already been developed ; these features are to be integrated into project plans . Removal of raised intersection and resurfacing at Cedar St / Rose St intersection – Requires full design . |
