This is a Total Small Business Set-aside. ******SAMPLES MUST BE SHIPPED prior to the closing of the solicitation, or the offer will not be considered. A tracking number must be provided via email to reggan.b.greene.civ@army.mil ****** ****The government is not obligated to pay for return shipping on sample t-shirts.
