The existing carpet is glued down . Bidder is responsible for the disposal of removed carpet . New carpet shall be glued to a concrete floor . Bid also includes purchase and installation of vinyl cove base . Bidder shall sumbit pricing on the carpet specified below . Alternate carpet is not acceptable . |
