Description | This Invitation to Bid document solicits bids for the provision of Rubrik hardware maintenance and support services necessary for the City of San Diego ( City ) to access the latest software features , refresh appliances , and future proof for the cloud . The ongoing requirement for this product is required in order to maintain and support on - premise Rubrik hardware as described in this scope of work and Pricing Schedule herein . The subscriptions and support will be broadly comprised of the following components : 1 . Enterprise Edition . Includes , but are not limited to , the following features : a . Enterprise , Cloud , and SaaS Data Protection b . Rubrik Cloud Vault c . Ransomware Monitoring & Investigation d . Sensitive Data Monitoring & Remediation e . Threat Monitoring & Hunting f . Mass Recovery g . Threat Containment h . Orchestrated Application Recovery i . Data Security Command Center j . Cloud Data Protection Further details relating to the specific requirements are provided in the Bill of Materials in Exhibit D ( Pricing Schedule ). |
