NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) Solicitation No.: 2BH086564/A Department: Environment and Climate Change Canada Notification Period: 14 days (28/04/2021 to 11/05/2021) Description of Requirement: The Air Quality Research Division, Processes section will be conducting a multi-discipline, multi-platform study in 2021/2022. This study will entail the deployment of several multi-instrument platforms; mobile vehicles, transportable trailers, remote stationary sites. In order to properly support the data acquisition, new computers need to be purchased to replace older, out-of-date models, in addition to adding to our capacity. The requirement is to purchase 25 Cincoze rugged or equivalent , fanless computers which are field-capable of operating in mobile platforms, have rack-mount capacity, are compact and lightweight; ideal for this type of application. In order to provide uninterrupted data acquisition to support AQRP’s project mandate, new computers that meet the above-mentioned requirements must be field and/or aircraft-ready swappable.
