The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification ( Hubzone , 8 ( a ), Small Business , Small Disadvantaged Business , Veteran Owned Small Business or Service - Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business ) capable of meeting the Governments requirement . This notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract . Responses will not be considered as proposals or quotes . The Department of the Interior , Interior Region 10 - California Great Basin - California Great Basin Office at 2800 Cottage Way , Sacramento , is seeking information concerning possible sources for operations & maintenance ( O & M ) support services at Columbia Mowry Water Distribution facilities , Firebaugh , California . This notice is being issued to help determine the availability of qualified small businesses technically capable of meeting the Government requirement and to determine the method of acquisition , including whether a small business social economic set - aside is possible . The North American Industry Classification System ( NAICS ) code for this requirement is 561210 and the associated small business size standard is $ 47M . All businesses with the capability and availability to perform the services under the applicable NAICS code are invited to submit a response to this notice . The information requested is : 1 . Company name , address , DUNS number and point of contact name and email address . 2 . Business size and small business size classification if applicable ( e . g . 8 ( a ), HubZone , Veteran Owned , Woman Owned , etc .). 3 .
