This combined Synopsis / Solicitation is a Total Small Business Set Aside under NAICS 561210 Facilities Support Services with the applicable small business size standard . This combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12 . 6 , as supplemented with additional information included in this notice . The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025 - 06 . This announcement constitutes the only solicitation . The requirement under this contract is for the inspection , maintenance , repair , and service of HVAC systems and associated equipment , as detailed in the Performance Work Statement ( PWS ). The contractor shall furnish all labor , materials , tools , equipment , and supervision necessary to perform scheduled and unscheduled HVAC services to ensure reliable climate control operations . Locations of Service : 1 . Primary Facility : 749 Highway 91 , near Leadville , Colorado in Lake CountySite Visit : Site visits will be held between March 12 , 2026 , and March 19 , 2026 . Site visits must be coordinated through the Plant Supervisor Jenelle Stefanic via email : JStefanic @ usbr . gov . Participation is strongly encouraged to ensure complete understanding of system layout , site constraints , and service expectations . Interested vendors are encouraged to conduct a site visit prior to submitting a quotation to ensure a full understanding of the Governments requirements .
