The tasks shall include all labor / supplies / equipment necessary to clean housing under a single firm fixed - price purchase order . This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular ( FAC ) 2025 - 06 effective October 1 , 2025 . This RFQ is a total ( 100 %) small business set - aside , under the North American Industry Classification System ( NAICS ) code is 561720 , ¿ Janitorial Services ¿ with a size standard of $ 22 . 0 ( Million ). Any resulting purchase order will include commercial provisions and clauses ( FAR Part 12 ). The Government intends to make a firm fixed price , Simplified Acquisition Procedures ( FAR Part 13 ), best value award to the responsible quoter whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is found to be the most advantageous to the Government , price and specifications being considered .** The purpose of this amendment P0001 is to provide an UPDATED scope of work , attach a list of NPS approved supplies for use and a list of questions and answers .
