This requirement is for firm - fixed - price recreation site cleaning services for RSFO Recreation Sites . The contractor shall provide all labor , supplies , supervision , tools , materials , equipment , and transportation necessary to clean and maintain designated recreation facilities . Work includes maintaining vault toilets , picnic tables , fire rings / grills , and surrounding site areas at White Mountain Petroglyphs , Killpecker Sand Dunes , and Three Patches Day Use to ensure the sites remain clean , sanitary , safe , and presentable for public use .
