Description | NIFC LANDSCAPE SERVICE THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The Bureau of Land Management, National Interagency Fire Center, intends to issue a solicitation for General Landscaping at the Bureau of Land Management National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) located at 3833 S. Development Ave. Boise ID, 83705. The landscape requirement will be for any and all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, services, permits, and licenses necessary to perform General Landscaping and Plant Care. This procurement is set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 561730 Landscape care and Maintenance Services, size standard is $9.5M. TYPE OF CONTRACTS: The Government will award Single Award Solicitation, firm-fixed price base contract with three option years. The evaluation criteria will be conducted under Best Value to the Government. The solicitation documents including specifications and bid sheet will be issued on or about June 1, 2026, and will be posted on the SAM.gov website under the Solicitation number in the contract opportunities section. This date is subject to change. Hard copy documents will not be available - all documents will be posted at the website for download. Mark your calendars, A Site Visit will be held June 4, 2026, at 1000 AM MT (Boise local time). Details will be provided in Solicitation Package. Offers will be due about 2 weeks after issuance of the solicitation. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for submission of offers. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation. No phone calls please related to this announcement. No bidder list is maintained. To be awarded a contract an offeror must have a unique identification number (vice DUNS), be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications.
