The following roles and responsibilities are required by the consultant. These are thesame as the current agreement:Site Supervision and responsible for site Health and safety- Manages repairs - WIFI, Signs, EMS solar panels (facilities)- Liaise with FSC for Site Clearance- Managing of asset installation & de-installation- Supporting innovation and development trials including safety assessments andcompliance- Site reporting - usage, Financials and case studies- Manages relationship with Security for visitors and site- Manages bookings and requests for the site- Set up visitors pass (SEMEITA) and on-site supervision on the dayManages the NH booking calendar- Management of ID Cards: Activates passes (building passes)- Inductions for new pass holders- Hosts - trials, meetings and events, Ad campaigns (Responsible for H&S onthe day)Contract Management/Governance- Helps to negotiate contracts and requests with FSC for stakeholders- Supporting NH Business Cases as required- Supports the future negotiation of the FSC contract lease-Supervision of 3rd Party Suppliers- Fire service College (FSC) liaison and stakeholder supervision (NH Estates)- Supervision of service providers with FSC - Arcus and the Cleaners - cleaning,equipment & safety testing, maintenance- Supervision of Portakabin lease - managing the relationship and dealing withrepairs and issuesAdministration- Site reporting - usage, Financials and case studies of testing and trials- Financial reportingStakeholder Supervision- Manages end to end process from- enquires from stakeholders for NHDS usage- Bookings,- H&S during visit/trials/testing- Writing up case study of trial/testing
