Other Details The Contractor , and / or subcontractors performing Telecommunications contractor tasks , such as installation of fiber optic cabling and termination / splicing of fiber optic cabling shall also have a current and active Class C7 – Telecommunications Contractor License issued by the CCSLB at the time of the bid submittal and throughout the construction period |
