PROJECT TITLE: San Rafael Creek and ATF FY26 Maintenance Dredging Project Location: Marin County, CA. Project Description: The work includes maintenance dredging of the San Rafael Creek Channel to -6-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth and the Across the Flats (ATF) channel to -8-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth and transporting of the dredged material per the requirements in specification Section 00 10 00 PRICING SCHEDULE and 01 11 00 SUMMARY OF WORK. Material from Reaches 0 through 3A is suitable and shall be taken for disposal at the Government furnished site SF-11. Material from Reach 3B is suitable and shall be taken for disposal at the Government furnished site SFDODS. This requirement is for FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION and will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The solicitation will be available on/about 03 August 2026 for viewing/downloading. ALL Proposals will be due on/about 02 September 2026, at 12:00 PM PST. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. OFFERORS ARE ADVISED THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
