The contractor shall provide all management , supervision , transportation , tools , equipment , labor , and supplies ( except those provided by the Government ) necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at the location designated on the Schedule of Supplies / Services and in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean , neat , and professional appearance . Equipment and supplies furnished by the contractor shall be a quality and size commonly used by commercial firms in servicing a building of comparable size . The Sandpoint Ranger District Office , Idaho Panhandle National Forests , is located at 1602 Ontario Steet , Sandpoint , Idaho 83864 . Janitorial services are needed for three Government - owned facilities . Two of the buildings will require year - round janitorial services and one of the buildings will require bi - annual janitorial services . Janitorial services are required year - round for the Sandpoint Ranger District Office and the Fire Office Restroom . Janitorial services are required bi - annually for the Sandpoint Ranger District Bunkhouse . The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720 .
