Description | This is a non - personal services Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity ( IDIQ ) contract to provide full food service at the Savannah Combat Readiness and Training Center ( CRTC ). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein . Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who , in turn is responsible to the Government . The Savannah CRTC Dining Facility is a full - service dining facility to include carry out service , box meals , and catering to on - base locations during scheduled events . The Dining Facility is only utilized on an as - needed basis to support visiting units exercises and does not operate on a full - time schedule . Notice will be provided a minimum of 1 week prior to DFAC services being required of the contractor . The contractor shall provide all personnel , uniforms , transportation , and supervision necessary to perform service as defined in this Performance Work Statement , except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services . |
