Description | This will be Master Plan only project general description of the Project is : Study for an assessment and master planning effort to complete a plan for long range Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition ( SCADA ) and communications improvements for water and wastewater utilities in the Town of Gilbert . This effort would include an assessment of all current systems and provide a long - range approach for systems planning , integration and cybersecurity improvements . The water system currently utilizes Aveva ’ s system platform for its SCADA system , while the wastewater system utilizes Inductive Automation ’ s Ignition system platform for its SCADA system . The goal of the master plan is to provide a plan for transferring the entire system to Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk , with some facilities being managed by PlantPAX , over the coming years . Experience in all three of these SCADA providers is considered relevant . |
