The envisioned platform will enable authorized interception, processing, and analysis of communications data under lawful court orders, while adhering to stringent legal, privacy, and security requirements. Interested parties are asked to provide information on technical capabilities, innovative features, and approaches to meeting the requirements described below, in a vendor-agnostic manner that leverages current and emerging technologies. |
