Description | The purpose of this RFQ is to procure one ( 1 ) new scanner for the Oregon Tech Learning Resource Center ( LRC ) which includes the Shaw Historical Library inclusive of University Archives located at the Oregon Tech Klamath Falls , OR Campus . The department ( s ) scanner needs are for the scanner to be a large format scanner to digitize aging maps and other large format materials . The scanner will mainly be used by LRC staff and student workers . The scanner specifications are as follows : • Need options for both Black / White and Color scanning . • Scanner needs to have a scan width of at least 55 inches , original width of 63 inches , and original thickness up to 30mm • Scanner needs to be able to Edit , Scan , Scan to net , scan to USB , scan to email , scan to cloud etc . • Floor stand , Touchscreen holder , PC holder • Inclusive of a computer and monitor and software for running the scanner |
