Description | Dyess AFB has a requirement to purchase a SCBA Decontamination Washer for the Fire Department. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government intends to place a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) order for this requirement. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following: Complete (must be signed) Page 2 of RFQ Product Specifications Please submit questions to the email addresses, cheryl.lynn.1@us.af.mil and taylor.norris@us.af.mil, NLT 3 April 2026, 3:00 p.m. (CST). An amendment will be issued with answering all questions received. Deadline for receipt of offers: 10 April 2026, 3:00 p.m. (CST). All quotes shall be emailed to cheryl.lynn.1@us.af.mil and taylor.norris@us.af.mil. Please refer to the attached RFQ Document and salient characteristics for more detailed information. |
