The purpose of the project is to install a new well for the Schreiber Water System by drilling up to three ( 3 ) test wells . The Owner will conduct TWO Optional Pre - bid Meetings on Tuesday , February 17 , 2026and Wednesday , February 18 , 2026at10 : 00 AMlocal time at Hillside Ave , Dover , NY ,( Property can be accessed by an unpaved drive located between 11 and 17 Hillside Ave . Representatives of Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the Project . Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend this pre - bid meeting and to visit the project area to familiarize themselves with existing conditions of the site . Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference .
